Ms. Nguyen Hoang Phuong is a Partner of Anphat Pham and specializes in dispute resolution. Phuong has extensive Vietnamese litigation experience. From 1994 to 2006 she was a court cleck to the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court of Vietnam.
